Refund and Returns Policy

I will refund items that do not make it to you through no fault of your own. Or items that were defective or otherwise not as advertised.

If you want a refund for some other reason you can ship any item back for a refund within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Custom made items cannot be returned.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Board Game Modder 34 Woodhawk Way, Litchfield, NH 03052.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please write your order number on the package so I know who to refund.
